Diving into new showroom promotion

Artesian Spas and Marquis dealership Complete Spas has been diving into promotion of a new hot tub showroom location with the help of an Olympic champion who will be a VIP guest at the 2020 British Pool & Hot Tub Awards.

After the two USA brands gained multiple WhatSpa? and WhatSwimSpa? Best Buy Award-winning accolades in the 2019 editions of the trade magazines, Complete Spas husband and wife team Pete and Rachel Grinnall took the relocation plunge to move to a new showroom location that was officially opened in September by diving Olympic Gold Medal winner Jack Laugher.

Along with Chris Mears, Jack gained an Olympic Gold Medal with victory in the men’s synchronised 3m springboard event in at the Rio Olympics in 2016 and then followed it up later with an individual silver in the 3m Springboard event.

Jack, pictured with his Olympic medals, conducted the ribbon cutting ceremony to officially launch the new WhatSpa? Approved Complete Spas showroom in Pinvin, Pershore; situated on the A44 Worcester Road at Pershore Station Road crossroads; following the move from the Blackminster Business Park in Worcestershire.

Complete Spas Sales Manager Hannah Robinson has reported that the move to new premises has achieved an instant impact and has been a success on all fronts. Not only for the Artesian Spas and Marquis products, in terms of generating sales with orders being installed for new customers right up to Christmas Eve; but also the relocation initiative has also been welcomed by existing customers who find the new location more beneficial to their journey.

“We’re very happy with the success we’ve achieved with the move,” said Hannah. “The feedback we’ve received has been extremely positive.

“A lot of our existing customers have reported that they prefer our new location because it is easier and more convenient for them to come to the showroom.

“We’ve continued to achieve good sales levels for Artesian Spas and Marquis since the move and we’re going to be delivering right up to Christmas Eve for those customers who made purchases in time.”

Jack Laugher. meanwhile, will be diving into more wet leisure exposure in the New Year as the VIP guest during the 2020 British Pool & Hot Tub Awards ceremony hosted by BISHTA and SPATA on January 28 at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry after the first day of SPATEX 2020, running from January 28 to January 30.

As part of a ‘Victorious’ theme, with a 1940’s style celebration, Jack will be presenting a selection of the top prestigious accolades during the awards ceremony. BISHTA categories include the ‘Hot Tub Happiness’ award recognition, which has previously been won by Complete Spas with a Gold Award being bestowed in 2018.

The dress code for the glamorous wet leisure gala evening is smart/formal evening dress with black tie and 1940’s style dress optional. To continue the theme the show band for the evening will be Jivin Miss Daisy, who have played at the famous Ronnie Scott’s jazz club in London.
