XL Pools was among the winners in the 2023 European Pool and Spa Awards while British hot tub and spa companies missed out to their continental counterparts.
Ahead of this year’s ceremony XL Pools gained a prestigious opportunity for additional trade acclaim after being shortlisted as one of the entries submitted by SPATA and BISHTA from the winners of the 2023 British Pool & Hot Tub Awards hosted at the Coventry Building Society Arena during SPATEX 2023.
BISHTA’s representatives, including Widnes-based SpaFlo UK that was bestowed with a 2023 BISHTA Award this year, pictured, missed out on the top three placings during the ceremony at Aquanale in Cologne, while Switzerland-based nominees had a double golden result with Nicollier Group SA taking the Gold Award in the ‘Domestic Spa’s category, and Vivell AG receiving the Gold accolade in the ‘Domestic Hot Tubs’ category.
From the SPATA nominees XL Pools, based in Ashford, Kent, landed a Bronze in the ‘Domestic Pools with an Enclosure ‘ category during the 11th ceremony of the EUSA Awards.
“As a team, we are delighted to have been awarded at the 2023 European Pool and Spa Awards,” said Anthony Excell from XL Pools.
“Having won previously, we know just how high the bar is set in terms of the quality of the competition, with entries coming from the associations’ national awards, and we celebrate our achievement with enormous pride.”
